Stay Alfred Rewards is the first loyalty program for travel apartments (that’s us). And yes, it is a big deal. Now you can enjoy the centrally located, fully furnished downtown travel apartments you know and love while earning points towards free nights.
How does it work?
We’ve kept it insanely simple. Because no one likes the loyalty program that takes years to build up points, only to find that they’re difficult to redeem with a ton of red tape and black out dates.
At Stay Alfred Rewards you accumulate nights by continuing to do what you’re already doing: staying with us.
We designed our loyalty program to be

Here’s how it works.
Step one: Stay 10 nights at any Stay Alfred property
Step two: We’ll calculate and award you the average price across your 10 nights
Step three: Use that value on one of your upcoming Stay Alfred trips
That’s all- no blackout dates, no strings attached. Just darn good stays in top destinations and the most sought - after neighborhoods.

Do my reward nights expire?
Yes. Reward nights expire after 24 months.
Can I combine multiple rewards on one trip?
No. Only one reward per booking, please.
Can I use other offers or promo codes when using a reward?
No. Your reward cannot be used with another promo code, including corporate travel promo codes.
What if my new stay costs less than my reward’s value?
If the stay is worth less than the value of your reward, you will lose the remaining value of your reward.
When are my reward nights calculated?
Reward nights are collected the day after checkout. Refunds will not impact the number of reward nights earned.
Can multiple accounts earn points for combined stays?
No. Only one account can claim a reservation per booking.
What if I book a Stay Alfred travel apartment from a different provider?
Only stays booked through StayAlfred.com, the Stay Alfred app, or via a Stay Alfred reservations agent are eligible to earn reward nights.
Do I have to create a Stay Alfred account to earn reward nights?
Yes. Guests must sign-up for a Stay Alfred account to automatically earn reward nights.
Will you still offer your current 10% future-stay discount?
No. The 10% future stay discount is being replaced by our Rewards loyalty program.
Do my rewards count towards my cleaning fee and taxes?
No. Rewards can only be applied to your nightly rate.
Can I retroactively apply my reward to a booking that’s already been made?
No. Rewards cannot be redeemed after the associated booking is made.
Can I gift my rewards nights to somebody else?
Sorry. Rewards nights are non-transferable.
