The apartment was on the 13th floor with an exposed ceiling which was part of the decor???? Other than that the apartment was nice with a great view of the business district skyline. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the balcony or vending/tv room after 11 p.m. that was the only issue we had. Overall great choice in accommodations.

Apt is centrally located away from the strip with convenient access to the French Quarter. Short drive or doable walk to and from Burbon street. - Crowded bus stop in front of building - great neighborhood bar downstairs with cheap drinks - one of the tubs in the bathroom did not drain - walls are thin. You may hear your neighbors

The location of the condo was close and convenient to the Quarter. The condo was clean, furnished nicely, beds were comfortable, we felt safe in the condo and it is child friendly. Really liked the size of the condo and that it has a washer/dryer. Only have two not so positive comments: 1) Check in and unloading luggage was a bit of a hassle due to limited parking for such; 2) The $20 a day pay parking is absolutely the worst. The parking garage does not have working elevators; The parking spot was too small for a full size SUV; The parking spot was on the 6th level of the parking garage and the entire garage was/is littered with trash - and not just a few pieces of litter, I mean piles of bags of trash and loose trash stacked up in front of the non-working elevators. The parking garage felt very unsafe and on multiple occasion there were lone, males, on various levels of the garage with their cell phones plugged into the electrical outlets in the garage.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent value for money with a fantastic location. Within walking distance to Broadway. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, modern 2 bedroom condo with all the needed amenities. Much cheaper than a downtown hotel for 5 people. Easy walking distance to French Quarter. Secure building, condo in excellent clean condition

I found the Saratoga at the last minute and was not disappointed! The location was great, only two blocks from Canal Street. The rental was very nice and clean, only weird thing was that the ceiling wasn't finished. For the price, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Stay Alfred for 3 nights as a family of 4. Our apartment was clean and roomy and suited us very well. Location is a 10 minute walk to Canal Street where the shops are and Bourbon Street. We had everything we needed in the apartment. We hired a car and were given a parking permit to park at the car park next door which was handy. It could be a tad noisy at night but not too much of a drama and the blinds in the bedroom didn't really shut out the light but it didn't affect out holiday too much. We thought the price was reasonable for the 3 nights we were there. We accidentally left some important things behind and we contacted Stay Alfred. We have just received our items in the mail and were very thankful that they were so accommodating. We loved our visit to New Orleans and enjoyed our stay at Stay Alfred. I would recommend staying there.

I love this so much more than a hotel. I had family meet from Arkansas. We were all able to get together and make tacos and eat together. My neighbor complained about the noise and we were doing nothing more than talking and laughing. I think the residents there could try and understand that people are on vacation and not be so anal about a small amount of noise. Other than that. It was great!!!!!

Just one thing about the Saratoga Apartment we did`t like... missing black-out curtains. It`s too bright in early morning.... but that`s the only detail against it, ALL the rest is 10. Clean, very good location, easy to get transportation, buses or street-cars. Very well maintained, all you need in kitchen... I recommend. All information received from their office, was correct. Congratulations!!!

The place at 212 Loyola was great! Clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Location was right around the corner from everything and check in / out was easy. The Stay Alfred staff were extremely helpful and nice and sent back a couple items we left behind. My only con would be no place to store luggage on our last day but would highly recommend this to any one I know looking for s nice affordable stay in NOLA.

The place was neat, exactly as shown in the pictures, walking distance from everything and so much more affordable that most hotels just a few blocks away in the French district. Would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in NO!

My spouse and I stayed for a 3 day weekend. The check in was simple. The apartment was clean and very spaceous. Parking was secure and the location was perfect for walking to the French quarter and other surrounding venues. Being downtown means a little noisy, but that is New Orleans for you. We only saw one other couple the entire stay. If you want to get away from typical crowded hotel stays and want to be comfortable in your own place, this is ideal.

Best services and place that anyone think about as a group or couple trip, 1 - The apartment was AMAZING, everything was Super organized and clean, and the check in was very easy, 2 - Location wise, the place is exactly between (5 to 8) minutes walking from ALL the attractions depends on how fast you can walk,, 3 - first comment i want to make will be regarding to the hot tub, game room and party room, they close at 12 midnight , which was not cool, i would suggest that to keep it open 24/7 with a note to stay quiet after the non business hours, since most people will be out during the day and want to use those facilities at night, 4 - my second point will be regarding to reservations, i suggest that if possible to create a postpone policy in the system in order for guests to be able to postpone their reservations for any emergency so they can use their money again as a credit within 60 days from the original reservation, also a fee can be added to that new reservation in case. except that, we enjoyed every single moment while we didnt need to use our car, 90% of all attractions were within walking distance and all transportation was very close as well, UBER is very cheap there since all places can be reached with around 5 to 10 $ Max. we booked very short dated and it worked very well. Thanks for the phone support at the check-in - very friendly and helpful Near the french quarter you have a condo that is large enough for 5 or 6 persons. It ist clean, the kitchen is well equipped and a/c works well. The washing machine does its job very well...

We went to New Orleans for a family reunion of sorts, and to bring my 87 year old Mom back to the city of her birth. There were 9 in the group, from college age to my Mom's age. We've stayed in the Quarter in the past, but wanted to stay away from the hustle for a break now and then. The 212 Loyola property fit the bill perfectly. We'd get an uber for my Mom, and send her to the Quarter, and we'd arrive ten to fifteen minutes by foot. In the middle of the day, we could go back to the apartment, we could go back to the apartment, relax in the comfortable living room, and decide what the night's activities would be. The apartment was clean, the air conditioning was great, and we had a good view of the CBD from our 13th floor unit, Also, felt very sate in this neighborhood, and in the building.

The apartment was great, up to date furniture and appliances. Nice location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. My only complaint is when you're only steps from Bourbon St and you're paying $800.00 for two nights you should be able to talk a little loud. We weren't having a party or anything but there was 4 of us. We were drinking of course and enjoying our vacation. We had an old lady to come from upstairs complaining about being able to hear us talk and later a security guard. I feel like if there are people that live there and people vacationing maybe they should separate them. I really like the apartments but I don't think we will stay there again only for that reason. I don't want to be threatened to be put out when I'm 500 miles from home. It was great other then the quiet time from 9pm-9am

The exhaust fan in the main bathroom was very noisy & didn't do anything. That needs to be changed to a quite & capable fan

It was definitely a Nice Condo but the 2 mannequins in the bunny outfits in the lobby was very weird.

The Saratoga is a nice building located in a decent location, not far from Canal. Our apartment was on the 10th floor and very spacious. The check-in process was super-easy. One of my friends left a phone charger at check-out and the Stay Alfred folks called us and arranged for a pickup. The apartment had pretty much everything one would need, including washer-dryer, iron, and even some extras - a few snacks, coffee, tupper-ware. The acoustics weren't so great - we could easily hear someone snoring in another room even with our door closed; one of the bedroom doors was frosted glass so the free eye cover/ear bud packets were useful. It was very clean. We did encounter 1 largish cockroach in a closet we think came down from the exposed concrete ceiling beams. We did not have the chance to check out the gym or roof area. All in all, it was a good value.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Saratoga. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was more than enough room for the two of us. Building security was excellent and the rental was extremely clean. Location was close enough to walk to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square but there are other travel options available if you don't want to walk.. In weighing our options as far as the price, this is a much better value than staying in a hotel room. Would definitely recommend to others and would return again.

the condo was just as pictured on the web site and great locate for all the events we had plan for our trip. would recommend to all as a comfortable place to stay.

Ample room for 6- parking deck held our Ford 250 which was nice. Parked our other guests on the corner for a fee. Overall, the place met all our needs for a long weekend.

I traveled to New Orleans with my brothers for a mini reunion. The place was great. Easy tio get to, easy to get into, close enough for an easy walk to the French Quarter but far enough from the craziness. Nice and clean and spacious. We felt very safe and totally enjoyed having our own place to unwind at.

The rooms exceeded our expectations. Checking in and out was simple. The street cars were right across the street however we were so close to Canal and Bourbon Street we usually just walked. We are already planning our next trip and hope to stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights and it is a great value accommodation. It is walking distance from the French Quarter and there is access to the streetcar a block away from the apartment. It is very quiet at night and the apartment is fully furnished. Only issue we encountered is the air condition is not as cool.

We selected Saratoga by StayAlfred.com because it looked clean and very close to the action in the French Quarters. Everything was very well described as to what to do and expect while checking in. The apartment had very good A/C and it was turned on when we got there (super important), the WiFi was very well explained on how to access it and was very fast. The beds were 2 Queens very comfortable, good sized small bathrooms, good sized small living/dining area, good almost new appliances. The access from the parking is kind of awkward at the beginning because you have to go down one floor thru very tiny and dirty stairs from the parking building next door, but quickly you have access to the Saratoga Bldg and everything else is top Quality. The Building has a Theater with aprox 12 seats that anybody can use to watch a movie or whatever...its always empty so its good if you want to use it. And there is a terrace and a lounge with vending machines and TV sets and tables to sit or just relax.

Excellent condo. Kitchen well supplied. Living room comfortable. Bedrooms were great. A very clean unit throughout. Would highly recommend to others.

We came to New Orleans for my nephew's wedding. We liked the Saratoga's location because it was just a couple of blocks from French Quarter in one direction and very close to the Garden District in the other direction. When we didn't want to walk, we got on the trolley, which ran in front of the building, then turned and went down Canal St. to the Riverwalk. We had sufficient amenities, except hand soap. The beds were low platforms, but slept well. Everything else was great. There was a Walgreens across the street to get anything else we needed. There is a park across the street, and the room on the 9th floor had a nice view of the city, including the Super Dome. We will definitely stay here again. Also, Stay Alfred agents were very nice and very helpful.

Perfect set up for 2 couples, Walking distance to the French Quarter and Tulane. The apartment was quiet and perfect for the short amount of time we were there---most of our time was spent walking around NOLA. The young man at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend and would stay there again.

This rental was perfect for our first visit to New Orleans. It was pleasantly decorated and had all the niceties we could want. It was convenient to the Hop On Hop Off bus and Bourbon Street. We walked to both places in 15-20 minutes. (We are not power walkers!!!). The cost of the parking garage was reasonable and easy to leave and enter. A benefit for us was the Walgreens across the street. A good addition would be a few local brochures for Uber, etc. We would certainly stay there again.

Describe the service you experienced - We were excited to have gotten this place at such a great price! My friends and i arrived late, 2 AM, and followed the directions on the packet given to us! The directions to get from the parking garage to the hotel were not easy to follow and we were left walking around the block by ourselves at 2 AM. This is after i called the support line and was given no guidance. After getting into the hotel safely and on our own accord, it was fine! place was nice and clean, and there was enough room for all of us! Stay Alfred even compensated us for having the issues the night before in the parking garage. Tell us how you liked the property - the property itself was fantastic and safe. spacious, clean, towels and snacks were provided! Concierge was very helpful! Talk about the location & amenities: there's a gym, park near by, once you figure out parking it's easy, the location is great only a few blocks from Bourbon and a little farther from the river. Say what you liked best & least: i like least is that there was no shower door and the issue with getting into the hotel from the garage. everything else you would like on a vacation rental was there! it was a fantastic stay!

We visited New Orleans and I had my sons and daughter in laws. In all there were 6 in the unit and it was the perfect size for our family. The security in the building was great and we were within walking distance to Bourbon Street. If we visit New Orleans again we will stay in this unit instead of a hotel like we had done in the past. I would highly recommend this condo.

I really enjoyed my stay at this rental! The loft was really spacious and modern! We had a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. I felt very safe at the loft because we had to have fob to enter the building and to use the elevator. We also had one free parking spot for the entirety of the trip, which saved us a lot of money. The loft was only a ten minute walk from Bourbon Street and Canal Street. I will book this rental again the next time I'm in New Orleans.

We stayed there the weekend prior to Mardi Gras and had a blast. Was traveling with my girlfriend and one other couple and we wanted a place close to Bourbon street but not on it. This was the perfect place. The apartment was great with a very comfortable living room and kitchen. I will say that the apartment building was not in a very nice neighborhood and that there is a bus stop next to the building that is pretty busy with people who were catcalling the two ladies we were traveling with which made it kinda uncomfortable for us. Certainly would not feel comfortable with my girlfriend walking near there at night alone. The other issue we had was that they only gave us one FOB to get into the building, which was really annoying for us as we had to either be together with our travel companions or come down from the apartment everytime that one of us came back.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, airy modern living room. Not the most private bedrooms (sound carries but that's what headphones are for right?) and not very big either but who needs a big bedroom vacationing in NOLA? I was a bit concerned about the possible noise from the street (hospital, bus stop close) but at least our 8th floor unit was pretty well removed. The view was great, overlooking a large park and surrounding building-tops. Full kitchen was a big plus. The guest guide in the unit could use info on the amenities (location and conditions of exercise rooms, viewing room, and event/party room) since I had to ask the staffer to get it. No reason why that info couldn't accompany the rules email too.

My husband and I stayed at Saratoga for two nights, and it was a good choice. The condo was very clean, roomy, and in a great location. Heard a few ambulance sirens, but overall it was not too loud. We walked to and from the French Quarter with ease, and always felt safe. There is a bus stop outside the building, which was a little alarming at first, but we felt totally comfortable going in and coming out. We highly recommend it, especially for the price.

Close to everything walking or bus or trolley !!! Excellent size perfect for 2 couples has full kitchen 2 full baths living room and 2 tv with cable also has fitness room on second floor theater room and party area and balcony over looking part of the city on the third

I've been to New Orleans many times. Hotels in French Quarter and by convention center. This rental gave me easy walking to French Quarter and Garden District, secure entry to lobby of hotel and secure entry to elevators. There are CVS and Walgreens very close for quick items you need to pick up. Full kitchen, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, frig and freezer with ice maker. 2 separate private bedrooms, 2 full bath, lots of space to stretch out and nap. When I come back to NOLA, I will be staying here!! Love it!

The Saratoga is in a great location, convenient to the Quarter and the CBD but a few blocks away from all the noise. There's a quieter neighborhood bar right next door and a bus stop right out front. There's also a parking garage 2 doors down that you can get a pass for with Stay Alfred and get a dedicated/reserved covered parking spot that you can come and go from as you please for $20/night - a better price than you pay for many of the street lots in the area that don't have in-and-out privileges. The kitchen was super well furnished with almost every appliance or utensil you could imagine, including pots and pans, cutting board, blender, oven, all you need to do all the cooking you want. The one oversight was there was no wine key, or maybe it had been taken by a previous guest. We purchased one at the corner store and left it behind for future guests :) The condo was clean and had comfortable furniture and great decor - we felt at home right away. Unfortunately the windows are not very well insulated. We were there in January and there was quite a bit of cold coming from the windows at night. In the bedroom where the bed was right up against the window we ended up tying an extra blanket over the window which helped quite a bit. Bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with plenty of toiletries and towels. TV had a Roku which was fantastic. There did seem to be some kind of issue with the TV's speakers. Everything seemed fine while watching TV shows but when we loaded the Spotify channel to listen to music we noticed that the lowest frequency sounds seemed to be missing. Unfortunately, there was no building-specific information provided so we had to figure out a lot on our own. (The information binder in the condo only contained information about New Orleans and the Stay Alfred company, not the Saratoga in particular.) Here are the things we figured out so you don't have to: The parking garage next door was very strange and we were never sure if we were using it properly or missing something really obvious. It is not handicap-accessible. There's one main stairwell and one maintenance stairwell that is very narrow and has steeper step-ladder type of steps. We eventually figured out that we needed to take the car transponder with us if we wanted to access the car after the garage closed to the public at 7pm . There was no actual door to enter the garage through, just a gate which is open all day but kept closed at night and can only be opened by the car transponder. The main staircase also lets you out on the back of the block with no access to the front of the garage, so you have to either use a maintenance stairwell, get off the main stairs at the 2nd floor and walk down the car ramp to the ground floor, or exit at the back and walk around the block to get back to the Saratoga. It took us a couple nights to figure everything out and the first night we had left the transponder in the car and had to crawl under the security gate which was about 18" off the ground to get in. The "rooftop" hot tub was actually on the 3rd floor roof, rather than the very top of the building. We got off the elevator on every floor from 15 down to 7 before we finally gave up trying to find it. We eventually found it and tried to check it out on our final night but it closes at 11 and we missed it. (Who uses a hot tub during the day? ;) )

This place is perfect for a trip to NOLA with your friends. It was walking distance to everything - didn't have to Uber or drive anywhere! The inside of the apartment is very simple and modern, accommodated with everything you could possibly need (including an iron, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, and even a pack-n-play for anyone traveling with a child). It had two separate bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The couch also pulled out into a queen-size bed. The two bathrooms made it so much easier to get ready with 3 girls staying in the apartment (and the TV helped keep the guys occupied during the getting ready process). Having a fridge was also great for any leftovers we brought back with us or drinks we wanted to keep cold. The unique artwork inside the building was a fun addition to the trip. Fit right in with the eclectic vibe of the city. Another plus - the people in the building. They were all so nice. The older man that lives next door was so sweet and had several conversations with us as we passed by between coming in/out of the apartment. He told us to request to stay here next time we come to NOLA - and we definitely will! :)
