Fantastic location with covered parking! It was close to the heart of Nashville without the noise. All the main attractions were in easy walking distance and the loft was beautifully done. My husband and I felt right at home! Also, it was cheaper than all the hotels in the area. We highly recommend!

my cousin and his wife were in Nashville for vacation. as we live outside of town we decided to rent an apartment so they could easily walk and see a lot. my daughter found Stay Alfred on the computer and that is where we stayed. it is on 3rd ave, close to Broadway . did not like the look of it but what a surprise when we managed to find our apartment. it was so beautiful, everything new and so clean. it is a 100 year old building completely refurbished. much cheaper than the hotels and across the street from Demos where we had dinner each night. it was a bit difficult to get in to our apartment but if you reset the lock and try again. I do think they need to paint the front of the building but they were working on a downstairs area. they do have a parking area and charge $10 a day which for Nashville is reasonable. my only complaint was having to pay $89 extra for cleaning as in a hotel one is not charged extra.

First trip to Nashville with husband, two adult children and their partners, and rented this two bedroom condo in a loft on North 3rd, one block north of Broadway. We were a stones throw to the bars, restaurants and honky tonks on lower Broadway, and walking distance to almost every attraction in town. The only two complaints about the condo are these: the mattress on the pull out sofa in the living room (for the third couple) was so soft, that we actually took it off the couch and kept it on the floor for sleeping. The other complaint is that the loft only has two windows (in the living room and master bedroom) and neither of these get much light because of the building next door. It’s hard waking up without natural light. I understand why no one lives here long term. For a vacation, though, it was perfect! The place is fully equipped for cooking (we didn’t) but we bought a pound of coffee at the market on the corner and were able to brew a pot every morning. The directions Stay Alfred sent us ahead of time to get in were clear, and everything worked. Highly recommended.

Great location, great price, much better than staying in a hotel. There was a market about a block away so we didn’t use our car for the entire trip. Our group had 3 vehicles. Our stay came with one parking pass so it was a bit pricey to park the other two.

We stayed here for a girls weekend in Nashville. Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was awesome, the furnishings were perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Unable to gain access to room as instructed and room had not been cleaned by our 3:00 PM check-in time. Corporate just happened to be onsite and were very apologetic and helpful. They were able to get us into our room, brought in clean towels to shower so we could make our 6:00 dinner reservations and the cleaning staff cleaned after we left. Location is excellent, 2 blocks from Broadway. Pull-out couch very uncomfortable & extremely noisy street side. Received compensation for the inconvenience. Despite inconvenience I would give it a 2nd try.

Excellent location, walking distance for the main attractions in Nashville.The apartment was very clean and neat. All the utensils that you need to cook and serve. Big rooms and comfortable beds. 2 Bathrooms very nice decorated.

If you are looking for a nice rental close to all the action on Broadway this is the place to be. We had some problems getting into the building easily as there is no security staff and our fobs did not work. We had to dial into the call center every time, the longest wait time was probably 4 minutes to get in. Most of the time it was less than a minute. Stay Alfred’s staff was very responsive and as helpful as they could be.

We booked one night at Stay Alfred, just off of Broadway then moved to Opryland as we had a wedding out there. I stayed here with my husband and brother in law. We all regret not booking the entire stay with Stay Alfred and wished we could have extended. It was conveniently located, clean, roomy and comfortable. If the opportunity presents itself to stay in another Stay Alfred location, we would certainly take advantage!

We had a great stay in Nashville. The apartment was new and fresh. Lovely furnishings. Good amount of space. A little dark as little natural light in the apartment. The window in the main bedroom could not close - good communications from the team - but no fix and a lot of noise We would recommend this place overall for its location and standard.

This 2/2 apartment was perfect for us and another couple visiting Nashville. It was very spacious and a great value for the money. The location is perfect, one short block off Broadway so there’s no need for a car. There was plenty of room and we put the kitchen to good use for our breakfast each morning.

Had the best time using Stay Alfred Vacation Rentals in Nashville, TN. My friends and I decided a year ago that we wanted to take a girls trip to Nashville. When looking to book, we searched every hotel imaginable for a good rate and what we were looking for. We had a larger group of 6 people, so one hotel room with just one bathroom was not going to cut it. Then I started researching condos. I came across Stay Alfred and immediately knew this is where we should stay. We picked the BL2 because it was one of the closer locations. The location could not have been more perfect! It was maybe a block and a half away from the main strip of Broadway. Then around the corner was a bunch of other different restaurants, little shops and Coyote Ugly. Side note: don’t waste your time going to Coyote Ugly. Street Taco was the best right around the corner! George Jones Museum was right there as well! We went there for lunch and had some great food. Then later in the afternoon we went to their rooftop bar, which was so pretty and had an amazing view of the river and the stadium. Back to the rental, it was great because we had plenty of room with both rooms, and 2 big sized bathrooms. Renting a condo was definitely the best decision for us because witht he kitchen are we were allowed to cook our own breakfast and other meals if need be, even though we mainly only ate breakfast food at the condo because we wanted to try the food of Nashville. It was also nice to have the kitchen area with a table for us to drink before we went out so we didn’t have to spend as much money out . There was one hiccup at the beginning when we arrived, the cleaning crew had just arrived , and they were going to take an hour. We had scheduled plans, but luckily we were able to rearrange. We emailed Stay Alfred and they refunded us some money, which was generous. Also, there was only one dish soap tide pod thing to do the dishes with. Thankfully we only did the loud that was obligated to be started before we checked-out. But if we were using more dishes it would have became an issue. Also, we never saw any laundry soap left, that they stated there would be. I emailed them about that, but they never got back to me, but it was not the end of the world. Also, more garbage bags needed to be left. But this all could have been because they were rushing to clean. The fridge must have been off when we arrived because it took a solid 12 hours for the fridge to finally get cold. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND WILL STAY AGAIN! This unit is in a great location off Broadway. The unit is clean and spacious. The only complaints about it are that there is not a lot of natural light. One bedroom has no windows and the other one has a window but is blocked by the building next door. The living room also has a window that is blocked. If you are claustrophobic, I wouldn’t recommend this space. Also the larger bedroom with the window is somewhat street noisy. There were only two bath towels per bathroom for a three night stay which we felt was not enough. There should be extra towels given. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant stay.

We stayed in the Banner Lofts near Printers Alley. Our group consisted of 5 couples so we had two different suites. The suites are nicely appointed and clean. Because there is no maid service during your stay, I wish they would provide more than 1 towel per person, but there is a washer and dryer in the suite, so you can wash towels and/or clothes. The pullout couch mattress is your typical couch mattress and not very comfortable, but all-in-all, it was a great experience. The Loft is well within walking distance of groceries, liquor store, Broadway and other attractions. We had a great time and I would rent with Stay Alfred again! But I would only book 4 people per suite instead of 6.

We were in Nashville for a week at a convention. We looked for hotels and they were very expensive. We were traveling with friends and wanted someplace close to the Music City Center and the downtown area. We came across this listing and made the call. The price was great, the amenities were wonderful and the proximity to everything was outstanding. This location is within easy walking distance of all of the downtown attractions. The Music City Center, The Country Music Hall of Fame, The Ryman Auditorium, all of the night life of downtown Nashville. The condo is very secure, requiring a magnetic fob to access the building, an access code to get into the stairwell and to use the elevator. If you are looking for a wonderful experience in downtown Nashville, this is the place you want to stay.

Condo was in the heart of Nashville, we walked everywhere. Very clean and spacious , with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms& 2 baths, plus nice living area. Much better than staying at a high price hotel room. It’s like home.

Lovely apartment in a prime spot in Nashville between the riverfront and Broadway. Just a block from the Ryman and the supercool AT&T building.. Gourmet kitchen and great facilities. Demos’ restaurant across the road is a good value and reasonable quality Italian eatery.Only small complaint was the killer shower curtain pole which mostly defied gravity by staying horizontal - apart from when you touched it for any reason, when it promptly fell on your head!Apart from that small problem, a wonderful apartment. Would stay again.

Great property for the price and location. We had 3 couples stay in the unit. A little small for 6 people but doable. Kitchen could be furnished better with items (working wine opener) and more than 6 cups. Needed to do dishes often. The shower curtain in the master bedroom was filthy and should be checked or changed more often….mildew. You do hear the people walk upstairs. Not sure if it was renters or permanent tenants…she wears heels though.These things are minor. I would certainly stay again and recommend it to any couples or girls getaway. Amazing location. Safe.

We always stay in hotels in Nashville, but they were running pretty expensive so we tried this and couldn’t have been more pleased. It was 1 block from Broadway, and a short taxi ride to Music row. The lofts were extremely clean and had every amenity that we needed. It was nice to have a place to sit, relax and watch TV without laying in a bed such as in a hotel. The only negative that I could think of is that you don’t have the flow of taxi’s that you would have at a hotel so plan ahead!!!

This rental was very clean, modern. We enjoyed being so close to everything downtown. Our double-header wedding at The Bell Tower was close enough to walk to as well as to both receptions: the Bell Tower and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The security feature in getting into the building was appreciated. Close to Printer’s Alley (around the corner) and the Second Avenue bars/restaurants.

I was with a group of friends, so 6 of us stayed in the apartment, it was plenty of space and was beautifully appointed. It was a very short stroll to Broadway so we easily walked to all the places we wanted to go to. Great apartment in a great location.

Girls trip to Nashville was a huge hit! Banner lofts is just blocks from everything! We parked our car and did not use it again until we left. Vince Gill and Amy Grant ‘s Christmas Show at the Ryman was fantastic. Enjoyed the Country Music Hall of Fame and then honky tonking on Broadway! BB Kings had the best music! Lunch at La Crumbs was perfect!the Loft was very nice. Had everything you need but bring your own pillow!

The unit is great and conveniently located to downtown Nashville attractions! We plan to return in the future. Follow the instructions very carefully for entry. We ended up in the garage and had to go back to the front door to gain access. It is possible this could only happen if the elevator is out of service as was the case when we stayed.
