Couldn’t ask for a better location!! Within a short walk or cab ride to anything and everything you could want. Very clean and stylish units, with above excellent amenities. Their customer service exceeds expectations, and their rates are very reasonable. I wont ever stay anywhere else, and I suggest that you don’t either, give them a try!!!

Felt Right at Home

Thanks to Stay Alfred my vacation to Denver, CO with my boyfriend was a ton of fun! It was super easy to book and the customer service was wonderful. Most importantly the apartment was great! I really liked how there was a living room, kitchen and eating area, very spacious. Much better than a hotel where there isn’t much space other then to sleep and get ready for the day, not with Stay Alfred! We felt right at home and could of stayed and moved right in! Thank you Stay Alfred for the amazing experience!

Great location, private castle

Perfect location near great restaurants, highways, grocery, sports, downtown, and schools. Great beds, fat pillows, pretty good kitchen set up, laundry in the condo, everything you might need. Only real negatives were the confusing, long halls with arrows going the wrong way and the patio lights shine right into the bedrooms on the 3rd floor. I suggested black out curtains and they said they’d look into it so it might be remedied already-ask!Parking was $20 per night in the basement. Two elevators go down, just figure out which is closest to your assigned parking spot. The small gym has one elliptical, a treadmill, a bike, lots of weights, water, a workout room with tv classes, yoga mats, and spin bikes.The instructions are detailed and should work fine, unless the cleaning people have the keys when you arrive. Call the help desk if there are no keys in the lock box down the hall. The hall light doesn’t turn on until you walk into the dark.

Trendy, hip, clean unit in a beautiful complex!

The complex that this unit is in is new and secure (you have to have a key to even get inside the complex), so I felt very safe. The unit itself is very clean, and the beds, including the pull out sofa were all comfortable. On the bottom level is a grocery store and a Starbucks which is always good! It is within a couple blocks of the free mall bus that we used one night to get back, and right across the street from Coors Field. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was the best airbnb I have stayed in, and will be looking for more Stay Alfred properties whenever we travel.

Grocery store on the bottom floor, close to good restaurants, public transportation, the river/parks and Coors Field. The apartment was well equipped and served our needs perfectly for my wife and son. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place - beautiful facilities but Stay Alfred could have made my stay a lot easier

I stayed for 8 days over Spring Break/Easter vacation with my young children and although it was a beautiful building and location was very convenient with the grocery store in the same building - the first day was beyond confusing. The building is like a maze- its a VERY long walk to get to the unit from the front of the building. The building concierge were less than willing to help me find a map and other things - even though I would have been interested in looking to to possibly purchasing a unit. And one the MAIN reasons I rented this unit was because of the heated pool- I asked several times if it was warm enough for my young children to swim in this time of year - as another activity for them to do- was assured several times that it was ‘heated’ but even in the sun- touching the water was VERY COLD! Not swimmable at ALL! I think that needs to be addressed and am to this day very disappointed about that- not to mention all the extra floaties/swim gear I didn’t need to pack! Also the unit is not in the same building as the pool- the courtyard the unit overlooks is a fire place and grills (which is pretty).Thought there could have been more information given to me about everything! Had to figure everything out- like where to get the grocery carts because the ones from the store have an auto lock on the wheels- and where to enter the building for convenience - off of 20th and Chestnut rather the front door- to the trash pick up and shoots- there is only ONE in the building gut the last day found out there is a service that picks it up once or more a day. (Stay Alfred should have gotten me these things in my opinion.)

OUTSTANDING VACATION RENTAL

The Elan Union Station apartment was outstanding. Immaculate and well furnished - year round heated pool was beautiful and location in Denver is great! Computer room, gym and free coffee bar were really appreciated and there is a fantastic full service grocery store that has everything from Sushi bar to Starbucks on the street level of the building. We loved our stay - the rate was incredible. So much more than a hotel! Stay Alfred responded quickly to a concern we had regarding pool when we arrived. We were very pleased with their service. Not very kid friendly - I think our grandchildren were the only children in the building the entire time we were there. Definitely a 30’s something place!Two small complaints - the blinds in the apartment are too thin - the building keeps the courtyard pool lights on all night long and the bedrooms were lit up. AND the linens for the beds - they need a warmer blanket or some back up blankets available. We went out and bought blankets. We would definitely use Stay Alfred again!

The location of this unit is key. So close to everything downtown! Centrally located near the Rockies, Unuon Station and 16th Street Mall. Love, love, love this place! I can’t wait to rent it this summer!!!

Great location for convention travellers

I traveled to Denver for a conference, and this location was very convenient for getting around the downtown area. The free MallRide bus that runs along 16th made it really easy to get to and from the convention center every day, and the full-sized grocery store in the building (which has a Starbucks) made it easy to stock up when I arrived.The building is only a few blocks from Union Station, which has a new route directly to and from the airport (unfortunately for me, the line opened just two days after I left Denver). So, you can easily get by with just public transport.The unit itself is spacious and nicely decorated, with comfortable chairs and beds, and lots equipment in the kitchen. This would be a great choice for a longer-term rental.

The apartment we occupied had 2bdrm 2 baths it was beautiful and spacious.The apartment was in a great location right behind Union station and a grocery store.Elan was a very beautiful apt building w/ great amenities such as the business center so we could print out our boarding passes. A great work out facility. And Security was very helpful.I will be booking again at this location.

Great overall experience

Was a little taken aback that a two bedroom in a condo building just blocks from LoDo and Coors field was LESS expensive than most area hotel rooms; I’m glad my fiance and I took a chance on Stay Alfred! We did have some trouble getting in the building, but I was able to contact staff immediately who were willing to walk through this over the phone. The place was beautiful, less than 5 minutes to many of Denver’s downtown attractions, including the baseball park. So much more “home-like” than a cramped hotel room with no fridge, microwave, or other amenities.

Modern, clean and comfortable!

Based on 2 families travelling with young children under 2.These apartments are great! They are very clean and modern, the beds are very comfortable and the property has everything you need and more (microwave, cooker, blender/smoothie maker, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine)! It’s in a great location, right next to the station and also above the supermarket so you could go downstairs at any time between 5am - midnight to pick up groceries. They also have parking spaces for rent below the apartments which was very useful for us as we had hired cars. We found that car parking was a nightmare in the area as it is so close to Coors Fields that it would be so hard to find parking less than $20 for a day when there was a game on.I would definitely stay here again!
