Stayed for beale street music festival
Had a great time and the room was exactly what we wanted. Great value too. Way cheaper than a hotel. Only improvement would be having at least 3 lanyards to get in and out of building and the Wi-fi wasn’t working but it wasn’t needed for us

Awesome Place in the heart of downtown Memphis
Our stay was only one night as we passed through to New Orleans, but what a great stay. the unit was big, clean, modern and close to everything! We would definitely choose this unit again for a longer stay over any nearby hotel. and everyone I talked to at StayAlfred was awesome. I can’t wait to checkout other StayAlfred properties in other cities. 5 Stars!!

Fabulous location - fabulous place!
We loved our time Metro62! The property is exactly the way it is pictured on the website. It was extremely clean and welcoming. It was also very quiet. We loved that it was close to many of the attractions so we could walk most of the time. The rooftop deck was wonderful in the evenings. All directions for self-service entry and garage parking were clearly stated in emails and binder. We definitely will vacation with Stay Alfred in the future!

Great Place
The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Overall the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bonus of staying at this apartment was the game room and movie room downstairs. It was quite amazing.

Location, Location, Location
I chose the apartment to suit 2 couples and wanted to be centrally located as first time visitors to Memphis. The apartmnet block is in a great location, handy for the city centre attractions. The roof terrace has a fantastic view across the river and Mud Island and is very qell equipped with furniture and a BBQ for guest use. The aprtment itself was very clean upon arrival and well equipped, it reflected the photos used in the advertisements. It was very comfortable and spacious for our group of 4 adults.I would not hesitate to use the aprtments on a return visit to Memphis.

Spacious well presented apartment accommodatiom
Apt 310 in 67 Madison Ave, was spacious, clean & well appointed and met all our expectations. The standards provided throughout the living, kitchen & bedrooms was very high, with ample glasses & crockery for our party of 5 adults. The large walk-in wardrobes overcame the issue of clothes storage for the couple using the sofa bed for sleeping. The overall size of the apartment lent itself to a feeling of not being “crowded” with the large party size.All the Maim Memphis attractions are easily within walking distance, plus the car park is very secure and an adventure on its’ own via the underground tunnel!!!Looking for s great dining experience in Memphis , try the Flight restaurant just around the corner on Main St.!!!

Wonderful place to stay in downtown Memphis
This is a fantastic option for families or couples traveling together. I selected Stay Alfred for that fact alone as my elderly father-in-law was traveling with us and sometimes needs a little guidance. The location was great with the trolley stop close by, but we found walking the few blocks to dine or entertainment venues a nice way to walk off all the great food we enjoyed. The tenants in the building were so nice as well. Southern hospitality at its best. I would definitely book Stay Alfred again.

“Metro 67 is a great place to stay if you’re travelling to Memphis. The location is great. Its right downtown, next to the Madison hotel, and it’s an easy walk to Beale Street or to Mud Island. The blue plate Cafe is a 2 minute walk away. The building itself is impressive. It’s clean, modern, and very secure. Our unit was spacious, modern and well appointed. It also was very clean and quiet. We were very impressed, and will stay there again if we ever go back to Memphis. We highly recommend it.”

GREAT LOCATION IN MEMPHIS
parked the car and walked everywhere, parking across the street cheap, $7 day, condo had everything needed and more, snack left for tenent use, kitchen fully equiped, coffee filters etc.2 large walk in showers, plenty of room to relax or sit at dinning table for dinner. comfortable beds and tv’s in both bedrooms and living room. great stay would stay at stay alfred again without a doubt.great holiday

Nice place, good deal
This “vacation rental” popped up as a recommendation from TripAdvisor while shopping for hotel deals in Memphis. It was in a very nice area of Memphis very near other high-priced hotels. While not directly on Main Street, the most well-kept touristy street in downtown, it was in a safe, though quiet area, with a slight view of the river, and near some fine restaurants and bars. The concept of a vacation rental was new to us, but we took the chance and it turned out great. It was a little bit disorienting to have nobody to guide us on arrival, but the instructions for check-in were accurate. The apartment was very spacious, and they had some free snacks in a basket on our arrival, which was nice. There were two large bedrooms, and two bathrooms and a large kitchen, as well as a combo washing-machine/dryer. Parking was in a garage across the street, connected to the apartment building by an underground passageway. This again was disorienting, but once we got used to it, it was fine. It was a great deal for us but would be a terrific value if you were traveling as a family or as two (or even 3) couples. The instructions on leaving did not seem correct, unless we read them wrong…. you cannot open the gate to leave the garage without the fob, and in fact you can’t even walk into the garage without the fob. I would also like to thank whoever was the tenant that picked up my clip-on sunglasses lens that I must have dropped in the hallway outside my door and hung them on my door.

Beautiful space close to everything!
If you are coming to Memphis and plan on spending anytime exploring downtown, stay here! Our unit was a corner apartment that gave everyone enough space. Lovely linens, comfortable beds and and a basket of goodies greeted us.Within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and music venues, we parked our car and never moved it. I would suggest that you print the extensive instructions about check-in as it is a self check-in that requires a number of steps.

Smart clean spacious apartment with amazing communal roof terrace with view over the river.
Would strongly recommend this smart modern apartment. There was plenty of space and it was immaculately decorated and clean. We did pass neighbours in the corridor and they all seemed friendly enough. Well located, just a few moments walk from several nice cafes and shops and an easy mile or so to Beale Street. The communal roof terrace is something special, with an amazing view over the nearby river.

Fantastic Place - Our family of six loved the space and location.
My family of six - husband, wife, adult daughter and three children stayed in Memphis, TN for the weekend to attend our daughter’s gymnastics competition at Cook’s Convention Center. The apartment was very spacious, and accommodated us very well. We were able to buy groceries and cook in a well stocked kitchen. The parking garage was very convenient as it is attached to the building and the kids thought it was very cool to walk under the street. When you stay here, make sure you tour the unique basement of the building. Suggestion to Stay Alfred - Find some history on this building to add to the binder in the apartment as I am sure that there is quite a colorful history behind the vault in the basement.

Once you’ve stayed in a Stay Alfred apartment you will never use another service provider.Excellent communication to get us into the building and then the apartment. Easy check in check out process.The apartment was very clean and spacious, it was well furnished. There was no skimping on the basic supplies. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils for self catering.The extra treats were also gratefully received and there was a generous variety of them.The information booklet was very useful.We would highly recommend and suggest you search Stay Alfred first. You won’t be disappointed.

In Awe!
Our stay at Metro67 was amazing! The condo was beautiful and well stocked. It was in walking distance and a short driving distance from everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the amenities of the condo like the coffee room, the party room with the game tables and we enjoyed drinking cooking and sipping wine on the rooftop, which had an awesome view, while listening to music. The view from inside of the condo was amazing as well! There were a few minor things that were wrong like the internet was not working for the condo but we were able to connect to the complex internet with assistance from customer service. When we moved the sofa looking for the modem we found trash underneath the sofa. Upon using the garbage disposal we discovered that it was broken. Other than these minor things our stay was comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable! When we return to Memphis this will be our first choice!

Magnifique appartement, bien situ Memphis. Nous y avons pass 3 jours et y serions bien rests davantage car nous nous y sentions comme chez nous. La dcoration trs soigne, la bonne literie, l’amnagement de ces 130m en font un endroit vraiment agrable. Nous avions rserv cet appartement sur Booking et le seul souci (pour ceux qui ne parlent pas anglais, et nous avons pens eux ce moment l) c’est qu’il n’y a personne la rception, vous devez suivre les instructions reues par mail quelques jours avant votre arrive… et ce n’est pas forcment vident. C’est le seul et unique point ngatif !

Fantastic apartment
This apartment is lovely, spotlessly clean and well maintained. It was bigger than we expected and really comfortable. The welcome basket with snacks was a lovely touch. It was a great location within walking distance to lots of places we wanted to visit in Memphis. I would definitely recommend the apartment it was perfect.

A great apartment in a great location
We had a rainy couple of days in Memphis. So the fact that the apartment had two nice bedrooms and lots of great common spaces was perfect for my wife and me and for the couple we were traveling with. We were able to walk to restaurants and sights in the area. A really nice apartment in a great location.

Awesome place!!
We had five people so this place was perfect for our family. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The weather was beautiful so we really enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop….morning coffee, watching the sunset over the river, etc. We all felt very safe. The parking garage is very secure and you are able to take the tunnel under the street into the apartment complex. I lost my necklace also and called to see if was found. They called me back the same day and said it had been found and they are mailing it to me. If we ever go to Memphis again we will definitely stay here!! We will also definitely book with Stay Alfred again!

Everything it was advertised to be!
Great condo in a great location. Within easy walking distance of Beale Street and premises seems very secure. Weather wasn’t warm enough to enjoy the rooftop, but it looked to be a nice place to socialize and have a few drinks. .There are two parking ramps within close proximity, and we started out in the wrong one, so if you pay the $20/night parking fee, double check to make sure you are in the one covered by that fee. Only one complaint as far as the condo itself is concerned, and that is there is no TV in the second bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

2 Couples Staying at Metro 67 Stay Alfred, Memphis
Apartment was in great location and well equipped, but it was not made clear in the description that one of the bedrooms didn’t have a window. This was a major disappointment, as one of the 2 couples had to sleep in what is basically a large cupboard.This drops it from 5 to 3 star.

Perfect place to stay while in Downtown Memphis
My husband and I traveled with our 4 kids, ages 3 to 13 to Memphis for spring break. We chose this rental because of the price, location, and ability to fit all 6 of us. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. The instructions for check in were clear and easy. We were able to park the car and walk to all the sights in Downtown Memphis.

Great location and a beautiful apartment
Stay Alfred apartment is one of the nicest places I have rented. Clean, roomy and all amenities are there. After a day of sightseeing and touring, it’s a great place to relax and unwind with friends. The rooftop patio is an awesome spot to watch the sun go down. Although the folks at the desk are not affiliated with Stay Alfred, they are super nice and were more than willing to recommend places to eat. I felt safe and would stay here again in a heart beat.

MEMPHIS IS A MUST
Stay Alfred made our three days so easy. It was clean, safe, had a beautiful view and was located conveniently to everything we wanted to do. The trolley and busses are a block away. As well as a Walgreens and local market. The tunnel to your parking garage is a really good idea. Makes everything even safer.Memphis is so history rich. We took the haunted walking tour. The young man who was our guide was very passionate about his Memphis heritage. The tour had little to do ghost, instead very historical. It was all about architecture, history, and lore. We toured Sun Studio, Stax Records, the Peabody Hotel (yes we saw the ducks), the Loraine Hotel and civil rights museum. One of my favorites was Ernestine and Hazels. The best hole in the wall bar in the south. Go during the day for Clarence’s tour. Beale Street is very cool. We loved the street performers but my favorite was Jerry Lee Lewis` honky tonk. The house rock band is very entertaining and lots of fun.Thank you Stay Alfred for being so accommodating. Your facility is beautiful. The lounge, work out facilities and roof top terrace made us feel right at home.

Beautiful, spacious Loft Apartment, downtown Memphis. Would definitely stay again. The Advanced Security makes things “complex”. The key card is necessary for floor & garage access.This isn’t a problem for those familiar with this process. Wifi was spotty at best. (see photo) I should’ve taken that as a sign to not work during my vacation.Again, would definitely book again.

Wir waren zwei Nchte in dieser Wohnung in Memphis und sind sehr begeistert. Auf unserer Rundreise durch die USA haben wir leider nur eine Unterkunft bei Stay Alfred gebucht und wrden dies jederzeit wieder tun. Es hat alles gepasst und gestimmt und ist perfekt durchdacht.Man erhlt ca. 1-2 Wochen vorher eine genaue Anleitung per Email. Sie beschreibt, wie man in die Tiefgarage und in das Appartment kommt. Manchmal sind im Appartmenthaus jemand an der Rezeption, allerdings hatten wir nie eine Frage, da alles perfekt ablief. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht um sich wohlzufhlen. Sogar ein Waschtrockner ist vorhanden, ebenso Waschmittel, Sigkeiten fr die Gste und andere kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Ohrstpsel (die man nicht bentigte), Duschmittel etc. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Auf dem Dach ist eine tolle Terrasse, von der man eine super Aussicht hat und am Abend wunderbar sitzen kann. Diese Wohnung ist sehr gnstig gelegen zur Beale-Street und zum Ufer des MIssissippi. Wir werden bei einer weiteren USA-Reise sicher mehr Unterknfte bei Stay-Alfred buchen.

Awesome time, great value!
The Stay Alfred apartment we stayed in during our time in Memphis was awesome! Such a great value for what we got, especially compared to hotels in the downtown area. We were able to walk to many of the places we visited and then walk back and enjoy lunch and dinner in our apartment. This was especially helpful as we traveled with 2 small children! The building staff of metro 67 were so awesome and helpful, we really appreciated their friendliness and how they made us feel welcome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a really good experience. Great location just walking distance to Beale Street and easy access to river walks. Well appointed apartment with good facility and kitchen appliance, clean bathrooms and two good bedrooms. The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable for adults. Arriving late at night, we particularly appreciated the basket of goodies to get us through the first morning - thanks go to the host. All up a recommendable place to stay and good value.

Fantastic Place in Memphis
Our family traveled with friends to Memphis for spring break and we had a terrific visit due in large part to the fantastic Stay Alfred condo in downtown. It was very spacious, incredibly clean and they had thought of every amenity we might need. We will definitely go back and will use Stay Alfred next time we travel to any city where they have accommodations.

Our Condo was so Awesome
I had to travel to Memphis for a business conference in April. I had a party of 5 in my group. Most of us where traveling from Boston Ma and a couple from Philly. We wanted to stay together so I was able to locate Metro 67 through Stay Alfred on the Internet. It was easy to make all of the arrangement from home and all the directions where so clear and on point upon arriving. It was so easy to enter into our unit. All of us where in “UGH” when we enter. It was very clean and spacious and smelling good. We had plenty of room to move around. The location was great and very easy to get around. Back and forth to the Convention Center, restaurants, Beale Street. We felt very safe in moving around the city. All and all, I would stay at that location again, I would recommend it to anyone and I look forward to doing business with Stay Alfread in the future.

Myself and two buddies came to Memphis for the weekend. This property was perfectly located to everything we wanted to see and do. It had several safeguards for entry so we always felt very secure in this property. It was walking distance from Beale Street and a short Uner ride from anywhere else you wanted to go. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be anywhere near downtown Memphis. I will definitely look for this property again on my next trip to Memphis.

Fantastic family wedding weekend stay!
This property is an excellent choice for up to 6 adults (or a family of 6) who want more space to spread out and hang out then a hotel offers! We loved having a kitchen, 2 private rooms with attached bathrooms, and a pull out couch which was quite comfortable. The living area has, in addition to the couch, additional arm chairs as well as a bar table/bar stools.The location is incredible - walk to many fabulous attractions, restaurants, and bars. We walked to the Peabody to see the ducks, the Bass Pro Shop, and multiple restaurants including Eighty3, Agave Maria, McEwens (don’t miss), and Gus’ Chicken (really don’t miss). There is ample walking along the waterfront/park. The kitchen had most of the basics - except I always wish hosts would at least provide a little cooking oil or butter so you don’t have to buy that! Coffee pot and blender are provided as well. Would highly recommend this to folks visiting the city for the first time or fiftieth!

Location was fantastic, felt like staying in a 4 star hotel at half the price. The only downside was another guest did smoke, and while the residents were allowed to use the beautyful outside space on the top floor, the guest had o go out on the street.

Exceeded My Expectations
Unit was clean and spacious. It was like being home. The 2 bdrm 2 bath unit was about 5 blocks to Beale St and close to several award winning restaurants. This was my first time using the Airbnb website for a rental. Instructions were clear and timely. I will use this website again and I will definitely stay at this property the next time I’m in Memphis.

Excellent, extremely well-set up apartment in perfect location
The apartment suited us perfectly. It was immaculately presented and had everything we could possibly want for our 3 night stay in Memphis.The location was great - handy to Beale St, the Peabody Hotel ($3 cocktails and other drinks in the Corner Bar 5-7pm most nights), a convenience store and the Main Street trolley.Our unit was quiet, had a large comfortable bed and even included free water, coffee and snacks.Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

GREAT Memphis Stay at Metro67
We last visited Memphis 3 years ago, and all wanted to return. We were amazed by what has been done to revitalize the city since we last visited. Metro67 is a perfect example of keeping the charm of classic city architecture with a modern touch. The building is renovated into luxury apartments, but maintained the original vault in the basement, now used as a coffee lounge. The beautiful roof-top deck was a treat! Loved looking out over the river. The building is secure, quiet and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is very central. Park the car and hop the trolley shuttle or walk to area restaurants and attractions. Having the parking garage during a busy weekend in the city was a huge plus. Check-in/Check-out was clearly communicated. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Memphis Deluxe Accommodations
Metro 67 in Memphis was delightful. perfect location, and perfect accommodations for 4 adults. The whole building has been renovated into a deluxe desirable place from which to base your stay in Memphis. Restaurants and entertainment close by. Easy access to major travel routes. One block to the mid-town trolley. It couldn’t have been nicer. We will definitely return to Memphis and stay at Metro 67. Booking through Stay Alfred made it easy and convenient.

Way better than a hotel
The location of iis very convenient, and the unit is well decorated and clean. Although outside noise could be heard in the living room, the bedrooms were quiet and dark ( no windows). Beds were comfy. The underground tunnel to the garage, though a bit “get smartish” ( lots of doors) was convenient. Very good value compared to a hotel. We had a few problems ( we were given a unit that didn’t have the king bed that was advertised), but we were very happy with the concern and response of the customer service personnel. You are given keys as well as a magnetic keycard for use in the elevator and garage and entering the lobby. But it takes some trial and error to figure out how to use it in the elevator ( at least it did for us). The shower desperately needs a shelf for shampoo, or at least one of those shower caddies that you hang on the showerhead. They do supply some snacks and some coffee packets, which is nice. Finally, the tv channels selection was abysmal( though we didn’t care too much because we were only there three nights).

So so place to stay for 3 to maybe 4 people depending on size. The pull out couch was terrible. The mattress was all springs. The unit stayed cold all the time so we ended up turning off the air. Great master suite, second bedroom was nice with a full bed, just very dark, no windows but has its own bathroom. Not enough towels for 4 women. Kitchen was not clean when we arrived, counters had crumbs and dust on them. Easy fix. Called about the mattress for the hide a couch, they gave us two options, 1: rent a bed and they would reimburse us or 2: they would bring a blow up mattress. We choose a blow up mattress, wrong choice. The mattress had stains and deflated during the night. Plus we all know how cold they are. View from the roof was awesome, walking distance to downtown and most restaurants. No coffee bar in basement, just a coffee maker that looks like it has never been cleaned. Nice gym, no pool. Very accommodating staff when you call them, just didn’t take care of everything. They told me that their customer service would call me and they never did. Will not stay there again. Hotels offer better amenities and are better to handle issues on the spot.

Large spacious apartment in good location
We stayed with our two teenage sons for 3 nights.We found the initial getting into the complex a little hard and also leaving the keys and tags when you leave, once there though it was easy.After a few nights on our road trip of hotel rooms, the space here was just what we needed.Kitchen had everything we needed, little welcome pack was a nice surprise. Washer dryer good. The second bedroom has no windows, is a good size with a bathroom.Master bedroom, walk in wardrobe and bathroom all very big. just need some extra window coverings as the street lights light up the bedroom at night, the blinds there are not sufficient to block out.The size of the living area (kitchen, dining, lounge) is large and spacious, just needs more lighting, no lights at all over the dining table and lounge area also very dark. could also have another chair in lounge, once couch is not enough.The apartment was clean and had sufficient bedding and towels.We enjoyed our stay here, it was easy to get to the garage to the car. And walking distance to other attractions we visited.We would book through this company again.
