Excellent location and value!

We traveled with another couple which meant two expensive hotel rooms. We found this property and it was a no brainer. The Stay Alfred team was excellent with communication, and the overall experience was excellent. We were just a short walk from the Bourbon Street action, and close to several great places to eat and drink.

Amazing apartment in downtown New Orleans!

Had a great stay at this amazing apartment. It’s right in the French Quarter, close to Canal St. and Bourbon St. It’s walking distance to most everything or a short trolley ride away. I was traveling with my family with two teenage children. This apartment is in a residential building so it wouldn’t be a good location for in-house partying.It was furnished great, great floor plan, great shower pressure (I like showers), and very comfortable beds. Loved having a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to return from vacation with a pile of laundry.The only minor negative is that the rooftop pool (which has an amazing view) is rather small but we weren’t there to swim so it really wasn’t an issue for us. You could hear the city noises at night but it wasn’t too loud and didn’t bother any of us. They do furnish ear plugs and sleep masks. If driving, there is parking which is conveniently attached to the building but is not affiliated. The parking garage employees were very nice and got our car very quickly everytime. Easy check out and check in. Great stay and would definitely stay again.

Large apartment with super location

Really, really great location, close to French Quarter and two streetcar lines. The apartment had tons of room for the whole family. Very clean and well stocked. Stay Alfred service was very good with clear instructions for entering the building and apartment. We would definitely stay here again. Our only disappointment was that the pool on the top floor of the apartment building wasn’t open yet.

Great location and digs!

This is an amazing two bedroom 2.5 bath apartment with loads of space along with a great location. Very clean, with all the amenities of a high end hotel. Just a few blocks from the French Quarter, it is close to everything (Canal St, Bourbon St, Riverfront).The bedrooms were more than ample sized with ensuite bathrooms and roomy walk in closets. Living area was open with modern kitchen, dining area and great room. Bonus was locked building with 24 hour security. Easy check in/checkout process. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place - great location!

This was the perfect place for a “girl’s week” to catch up with friends and explore the French Quarter. It would also be great for 2 couples or a family since the 2 bedrooms, each with attached full baths were spacious and comfy. Once we arrived, we never touched our cars - everything was within walking distance, and it was easy to pick up a streetcar to take us a little off the beaten path.Look forward to staying at 925 Common the next time we go to New Orleans!

Newly Renovated

For the price, it’s way nicer than a hotel would have been. We needed to contact the facility manager several times…e.i not enough towels for 4 people…cable tv not working, etc…they were very responsive and handled it. Great job! With that being said…no Kleenex in the place, the furniture in the living area was horribly uncomfortable and they forgot to include Window replacement in the renovation. Single pane glass…(10th floor and you’d have thought you were standing on the sidewalk listening to the conversations) ( take a sound machine to allow you to sleep) and another thing…for a secure facility…the security pretty much held the door for everyone and anyone…we only needed our our key card a couple of times to get in the building. We also came in through the back garage one evening and they were more than glad to open the door for us even though I was getting out my key card. Secure your valuables. Accept for those several items I may have given it a 5 star. I’ll probably look at Stay Alfred again for our next trip. At least they’re trying and that can’t be said for a lot of places today. Thanks!
