Despite a few issues we dealt with the morning of checking out, our overall stay was fantastic!!The apartment could not have been in a more perfect location!!It was just a couple minutes away from Pike Place market, and about a 10 minute walk to all the shopping!There were so many restaurants in this area to choose from, and it was so nice knowing we were only a hop and a skip away from our door step when we were finished dinner :)The apartment was perfect!!!Aside from the leak under the bathroom sink, the apartment was very clean, and the decor was lovely!The tiny balcony had such a wonderful view!My boyfriend and I loved sitting out there at night, and watching the sun go down with a glass of wine :)All in all, this apartment had everything we needed to make our stay in Seattle perfect!!I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Seattle!!

Love our suite, close to restaurants and downtown clubs. Perfect for adventurous groups and couples! The only downside was parking. We parked right across the street but it was very expensive maybe $10 for half days which is about 8 hours. Access and directions to get in were very helpful! would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

We only spent a few nights there but it was top notch all the way. The room was spacious and clean with nice furniture. The view from the balcony was good, with a mix of city and sea. Allison in reservations was very accommodating, friendly and helpful, she made us feel welcome. I’ll take this place over a hotel any day!

Never received the extra blanket we requested for our second set of days reserved. The first time we checked in, the apartment had no tea, coffee, dish or laundry soap. Unit was much cleaner and well stocked (except for the blanket we requested) the second stay. Also was upset to find we could exit from the rooftop but could not enter back at the market side door with the keys we had. I specifically asked when I rented if there was 1st level access from the building as I was traveling with a two year old and had a stroller. Building was re-keyed during our second stay and I was stuck out of the building and the on site manager would not let me in. I emailed you all and this was quickly taken care of but could have been very bad as the person on site was very unhelpful and rude. Also the bathroom sink leaked water underneath so you may want to have it fixed before someone complains about their property getting wet. We fortunately didn’t keep anything under there.Otherwise, yes we will stay with you all again. View is great. Love having washer and dryer. Comfortable apartment although I agree with some other reviews that the furniture (dining area and coffee table)is a little large for the unit.

We would certainly recommend this to our friends and family. Stay alfred did a great job coordinating our accommodations. It was my families first time in Seattle and we were a little worried about where stay without knowing the city. We ended up in arguably the best location, just a few blocks from Pike Place. The room was very nice, kitchen was clean and had the basics for cooking, It even had the little soaps and shampoos like a hotel.

While pricing out places to stay in Seattle, I got an email from TripAdvisor for vacation rentals in Seattle and was pleased to see some apartments available for less than $100 a night near Pike Place. A three night stay was less expensive than staying at the Inn at the Market by about $100.It was great having a kitchen for heating up goodies we bought at the market and making our own coffee though I had to go buy a pack of coffee filters at the Target City about a block away on 2nd Ave. It was also nice to be able to spread out at night on the sofa while watching TV at night. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit as well and they included a small box of tide and dryer sheets. The balcony and the living room windows afforded a great view of the bay and the ferris wheel which was lit up at night.There is no phone service which shouldn’t be a problem unless you don’t have a cell phone. We found a phone in one of the closets but, got not dial tone.There is convenient access to the complex from Post Alley about 100 feet from the bubble gum wall. You can also head up to University Street via a rooftop ramp. Unfortunately, we didn’t discover this until we were about to leave. You get a ton of keys for the unit but, there is no explanation what the keys are for. You just have to try them out. Stairs leading to the Waterfront are located across the street from the complex. There is a nice rooftop deck on the adjoining complex that you can access. Just go to the back door on the 7th floor and you’ll be able to figure it out. The complex has a nice open atrium with a fountain. One complaint was the lack of any hand soap or bath gel. We did get a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion like is shown in one of the pictures for the unit but, missing was the bag of bath soap. Fortunately, we brought some with us. Target was only a short walk away was able to pick up a few more things we needed.The temps in Seattle during our visit were in the 20s and it was nice having a separate thermostat in the bedroom. However, the big window in the living room area was very drafty so it was a little chilly while watching TV even with the living room thermostat cranked up to 80 degrees. Fortunately, there are extra blankets in the bedroom closet. The cable tV was a very basic package and was not in HD. Fortunately, I brought my Roku which worked great with the wifi available in the unit.The bed is really bouncy but, comfortable. Weren’t too thrilled with the pillows because they were super hard. Watch yourself as you walk around the corners of the bed frame, we bumped into several times within the first hour of our stay. The room is on the small side.All in all, it was a really nice stay in Seattle. The unit had a lot of amenities that you won’t get at a hotel for a lesser price. You can’t beat the location. The folks at StayAlfred were very helpful and booking the unit was a snap. We will definitely staying in this unit again.

My husband & I stayed in this unit for the final leg of our honeymoon. The building was nice; liked the courtyard. Love the easy access to Pike Place Market via Post alley behind the building! (wicked hill though…definitely got our exercise! haha But that’s Seattle for you!) The unit itself was very nice; fresh paint, clean carpets, clean bathroom (complete w/mini toiletries & washer/dryer), tastefully decorated. Views of the Sound & Ferris Wheel from the living room & balcony were awesome! We enjoyed watching the ferries come and go.We did have a minor issue finding the network id/password for the wifi, but only because the arrival instructions were a little vague on the actual location of it (just said it was on the TV stand, when in fact it was on the bottom of the modem, sitting on the TV stand). Had to call alfreds to get it, but even though I called very late (we didnt arrive until after 11pm on a Wednesday) & had to leave a message because they were technically closed, I still received a call back w/in 15 minutes from an on-call staffer - wonderful customer service!One thing to note, the unit is quite small; perfect for two people, but anymore & it’d be a circus to get around in there. The dining room set was just a smidge too big for the space (we had to squeeze past the chairs a bit to get in/out of the kitchen/bedroom), & the kitchen was somewhat understocked (limited cookware, no kettle to boil water for tea), which was sufficient for the 3 days we were there, but any longer wouldve been a pita. The circuit breaker tripped while I was blow drying my hair one morning, but we were able to find the box & reset it (FYI its behind the mirror in the entryway). The bed, while generally comfortable, was quite wobbly which made it hard to sleep if you rolled over. Cable TV sucked; barely got any channels, even several of the most basic ones like Msnbc were not subscribed.Overall we really did love it, & Alfreds! We would definitely stay w/ them again.

I am so pleased with my recent stay at Post alley in Seattle. Our check-in process was simple and we were easily able to find our unit in the building. When we walked in I was impressed at not only the size of our apartment but at how nice the furnishings were. We came into town for a wedding and alfred’s had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely incredible! It was so close to Pike Market we would walk up the stair climb and right to the market for breakfast each day! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay with alfred’s and I can honestly say I wish I had found this business sooner and spent less time booking hotels. The accommodations are fantastic!

The apartment was good and comfortable, nicely decorated and furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The place was clean and well maintained. The location was very close to the market which was good. The living area is compact - more than two occupants would be a squeeze. The access to the adjoining roof garden took a while to figure out, otherwise access, etc. worked fine. The traffic noise from alaskan Way is very obvious, especially in hot weather when the door and windows need to be open, but the fabulous view counterbalanced.We found the best deal on parking was to leave the car outside after 8pm and then pop it into the market car park before 8am. If the car wasn’t needed for the day, it could be removed from the car park between 8 and 9.30 pm and only incur a $10 fee.Picking up the keys worked fine once the Seattle one-way system was negotiated.The apartment was quite pricey - $275 per night. We could have gotten a hotel suite with as much room for less, but with a lesser kitchen and of course the location was great.So, all in all, good stay. Great Stay. Check in was easy using the mobile app, and the view from our room was as advertised. Easy walk out the back of the building to Pike Place, and lot’s of shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommended.

The location is amazing, the condo was as described - it had everything that we needed for a weekend getaway with two teenage daughters. The view was exceptional, I could have sat and stared out the window for days. I accidentally left my diamond earrings on the night stand. The staff at Stay Alfred contacted the cleaning crew, and my earrings were returned to me within a few days - amazing! We will definitely rent this unit again if we return to Seattle.

We loved being able to walk to Pike Market, Post Alley, downtown, the waterfront, the big wheel, etc. The apartment was really nice and quiet and safe and felt like a nice residential area to us. It has a great kitchen stocked with just what you need and the bedroom is nice too. We enjoyed spending time there as much as rambling around the neighborhood. Since we drove to Seattle, parking was a bit of a challenge. We were able to park in the open lot that we could see from our window, but had to move the vehicle often and pay twice daily. In 4 days/3 nights I paid about $78. If you were flying in and getting a cab to the apartment, you would have one less thing to worry about.

If this is your price range it’s a great value. Excellent location. We loved being a 5 minute walk from the Market, Pike’s brewery and the Wheel. The view was wonderful. We were there for Valentines weekend and it was so fun to see the holiday lights on the wheel from the living room! The building is secure and safe enough for young teens to stay in the room alone.

Such a nice place! Fully stocked. We unfortunately only stayed for a night. But the view was amazing and its minutes from just about anything you’d want! Only downside is parking. Even a Tuesday during the day is tuff to find spots but night parking was a breeze.

Great place, great location. Entrance from Post Alley (gum wall) or on Western Ave behind the market. Great view of the water and the Ferris Wheel is right out your window. Can not imagine a better place to stay.
