Originally constructed in 1902 as the Commonwealth Title & Trust Building, now on the national registry of historic buildings, this newly renovated treasure puts you in the middle of Philadelphia’s most desirable neighborhoods. Journey back in time as you enter The Commonwealth’s lobby with vintage Art Deco wall sconces, mailboxes, and chandelier. You may be tempted to linger downstairs admiring the architecture while sipping complimentary coffee, but an even more inviting apartment awaits you upstairs.

Large windows in every room and sleek European design elements define this home. Bathed in natural light, the open concept living room and kitchen are warm and inviting. There is more than enough room for your entire party to spread out and relax in front of the TV when you need a break from the city. Take advantage of the full kitchen to prepare meals and save money.

With two spacious bedrooms and a pull-out sofa, this condo accommodates up to 6 people. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, large closet, and adjoining bathroom. In this private oasis you’ll probably forget you aren’t at home. The second bedroom, on the opposite side of the apartment, has a heavenly queen bed and spacious closet. Privacy is never an issue in this condo.
