Art in The Pearl offers 100 booths of fine art as well as music, food, and hands-on art activities along NW 8^th Ave in North Park Blocks. Art in The Pearl has been named one of the top 10 Arts and Crafts Festivals in the County (source: Art Fair Source Book). Over one hundred artists display and sell their work that ranges from wooden furniture, paintings to fine art photography, jewelry, glass, clay, metal and so much more!

Hours: 10am-6pm Saturday – Sunday August 31- September 1^st & 10am -5pm Monday September 2^nd

The best burger in town! (Seattle Edition)

Many of Alfred’s Vacation Rental properties are located in Belltown which is a great location because it’s a foodie paradise. There are so many different types of restaurants to choose from one would we like to highlight is the Spur Gastropub! It was voted one of best burger joints in town according a recent poll on SeattleEater.com. It was ranked #5 out of 10. “Housed in a historic Seattle building in Belltown, Spur nods to the area’s pioneer, fisherman and occasional outlaw roots. Spur features iconic American imagery in a rotating photo exhibit.” This restaurant offers the delicious Spur’s Burger which is a grass fed beef burger and includes red onion jam, cheddar and thyme!
